Introducing a 4 session series to ReLaunch with Paula Rowland
If you are looking to relaunch a career or discover a new direction, this group coaching experience is for you. Using the design thinking principles and tools from Designing Your Life, this supportive experience, led by DYL and International Coaching Federation certified coach Paula Rowland, will help you clarify what you want to pursue and how to effectively approach it as you reenter a career or change direction.
Through a series of 4 group coaching sessions, you will:
§ Identify and articulate your strengths to help guide your next career and/or life decisions
§ Dream and imagine alternative futures so you don’t get stuck feeling unsatisfied
§ Reframe limiting or dysfunctional beliefs that keep you from a joy-filled life
§ Enjoy the support and camaraderie of a small group of women who are also designing the life they want
§ Have fun with the process!
Group Structure:
§ Four 3-hour in person group time with interactive activities, individual and group work
§ One hour of pre-reading from Designing Your Life before each meeting
§ Optional follow-up: 1-1 coaching with Paula Rowland (additional fee)
Things to keep in mind with group coaching:
The group acts like your own design team to test new ideas
Design teams can live on beyond the sessions and become formative communities to support changes you want to make
DYL is relevant to any stage of life, whether you want to find more purpose in what you are currently doing or charting a new direction
