Fearonheit Coaching & StudioLife

Seattle, WA

September 10-12, 2026

Is your life between chapters right now?

Maybe a job, a relationship, or your role is shifting, and you don’t just want to react or arrive without purpose or planning.

This retreat is your pause button to shift purposefully.

Three intentional days to step out of the noise, meet yourself honestly, and design what’s next for you.

Who is This Retreat For?

This retreat is for you if you're in (or feel) a transition taking place. It's also for those who just want to

better understand themselves and need help creating boundaries and habits.

Examples of shift:

Career change or work burnout

Divorce, breakup, or relationship shift

Empty nest, new parenthood, or life after a major role change

Grief, loss, or an “I'm not the same person anymore” season

A quiet urge for self-discovery and a more honest life

If you feel a tug that says, “Something in me is changing and I want to do this with intention,”

this is the retreat for you.

What to Expect

The Flow

Day 1 — Awareness + Acceptance
Ground and get honest.
You’ll clarify your core values, understand your personality patterns, and name what’s no longer working. This is the day you meet yourself where you really are and without judgment.

Day 2 — Disruption + Joy
Step out of your usual routine.
You’ll choose from five curated solo experiences (exploring, creating, resting, reconnecting with your body, or alone time) and end the day with a group dinner to share what surfaced.

Day 3 — Integration + Action
Turn insight into movement.
You’ll translate everything you’ve learned into boundaries, habits, and a practical 30-day alignment plan so the version of you from this retreat actually shows up back home.

The Shift Team

Fearon Perry - Fearonheit Coaching

Fearon Perry is a certified life and career coach and certified Enneagram coach, accredited by the Association for Coaching and recognized by OTHM higher education qualifications. After more than 25 years as a senior leader in marketing, brand, and sales—including serving as SVP of Strategy and Insights at Publicis Groupe—she shifted her focus to what had always mattered most: helping people navigate change with clarity and courage. Through her coaching practice, Fearonheit, she specializes in guiding clients through life’s “in between chapters”—career and role transitions, relationship shifts, grief, and those seasons when you know you’re not who you were but aren’t yet who you’re becoming.

Fearon’s approach combines Enneagram insight, values-based coaching, and practical frameworks that translate self-awareness into daily habits and aligned action. Clients describe her as “a friend who also happens to have a PhD in reading your noise” and “someone who helps you ask better questions, build confidence one pebble at a time.” Over months and years of work, her clients report growing in their careers, as partners, parents, friends, and in their own sense of peace and agency.

Grounded, honest, and deeply human, Fearon brings her own lived experience as a long-time wife, mom of three teenage boys, and someone who has walked through immense loss, miscarriages, job changes, and hard family-first decisions. She believes that when we get clear on our values and boundaries, we can move through transition on purpose and design a next chapter that actually fits who we are now and who we want to become.

Her retreats create the conditions most of us never give ourselves: time, support, and structure to look inward, recalibrate, and make real, lasting shifts.

What People Are Saying

  • Working with Fearon was a game changer. She genuinely cared about my success and pushed me to think in new ways that brought clarity to a boundary I hadn’t even realized was holding me back. The framework she used gave me lasting insight into what drives me professionally and still helps me evaluate new opportunities. Fearon’s thoughtful guidance, strategic insight, and authentic presence made the experience both meaningful and transformative. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for real, lasting career growth.

    -Toni G

  • I started working with Fearon at 51 years old, right as I was jumping into a brand-new career as a creative director after running my own photography business for over two decades. I thought I’d do a few coaching sessions but a year later, I was still meeting with her and growing more each time. Fearon has this way of talking to you like a friend who also happens to have a PhD in reading your mail. She helped me slow down and ask better questions like…what gives me energy and what am I letting slide that I could voice in the moment? She taught me that confidence isn’t something you suddenly have; it’s something you build…one “pebble” at a time. Our sessions gave me the clarity and courage to walk into this new role and chapter of my life with confidence and to stop apologizing for taking up space. I left each conversation feeling lighter, clearer, and a little more like myself. Fearon isn’t just a coach…she’s a catalyst. She helped me rediscover my confidence, my voice, and my sense of direction in this new chapter of my life. If you’re ready to grow, be challenged, and to finally see what you’re capable of, I highly recommend Fearon as the guide you’ve been looking for:)

  • I began working with Fearon not sure what I was looking for but I knew I was stuck.  I struggled to understand what new skills I had to offer as I matured and what role my values played in my life’s journey.  Fearon helped me self-identify my needs, wants and boundaries.  Once defined, we were able to create measurable ways to improve my self-confidence and sense of purpose.  Starting with small steps and culminating in a full career change, I couldn’t imagine undertaking this transition without the stewardship of Fearon. Her compelling vision and calm, yet direct demeanor were exactly what I needed to change my life.

    — Jen T

  • Over the past year and a half of working with Fearon, I've gained a deeper understanding of my personal style and strengths. We've explored my enneagram type and spent time discussing and understanding my personal and family values. She has helped me create a vision and mission statement that hangs in my office. At each session, we discuss practical frameworks that help align my daily habits and routines with the vision for my life. Through working with Fearon, I have grown as an employee, daughter, friend, spouse, and in my own personal sense of peace.  What I appreciate most about my sessions is that they are not negative or drudging through past challenges or pains but focused on resolution and the future. I feel changed in the way I see my own life because I know I am in control of my actions, boundaries, and perceptions. When I tell other people about working with Fearon, I explain that it is about working on where I want my life and career to go and has truly made me feel empowered to get there (and see the ways that I already am "there").
