The Creative Team
Sarah (The Mint Gardener), Brooke and Kristi (StudioLife) are The Creative Team behind A Creative Way Watercolor Retreats. We have been collaborating on classes, workshops and retreats since 2018 and love all the aspects of planning and creating beautiful settings for creatives to gather. All details are thoughtfully curated for an immersive experience where attendees can give way to the creative experience.

The “Early Bird” cost of A Creative Way Seattle is $3,000 (includes the $500 non-refundable deposit) if the deposit received by November 30, 2025. Regular price for the retreat (registration on or after December 1) is $3,500 (includes deposit).
Secure a spot to the retreat with a non-refundable deposit of $500. Payment links for remaining balance will be sent to you by Brooke & Kristi at StudioLife. The remaining balance can be paid in two payments by January 15th 2026 and February 15th 2026.

The retreat begins with a welcome dinner on Thursday, March 19 from 6-8pm. March 20, 21 & 22 will be full days of painting and studio time with Sarah ending with a farewell dinner on Sunday, March 22. The evenings of March 20 & 21 are free for attendees to plan on their own.

Transportation and lodging are not included in the ticket price for the retreat. Both transportation and lodging will be the responsibility of the attendee, both to Seattle, throughout the retreat, except for retreat related outings.
Once registered, you will receive more information, including recommended accommodations to choose from. -
Due to the highly creative and collaborative coordination that events like this require ahead of time, the Hosts cannot offer refunds.
The deposit and retreat payments are non-refundable. Should the participant be unable to make the event, the participant can gift their ticket to a friend! The participant can make arrangements and notify Brooke and Kristi of StudioLife.
The participant may also choose to defer the non-refundable deposit to another A Creative Way retreat within one calendar year.
